Service Description
This initial 90 minute Ayurvedic Consultation is the first step on your wellness journey. We begin by evaluating your health and wellbeing using an Ayurvedic protocol including Dosha analysis, tongue and pulse reading, and observational techniques along with Western diagnostic readings. Following you appointment our classically trained Ayurvedic Practitioners design a personalized Health & Wellness Plan that includes a general overview of Ayurveda, a daily self-care regimen (Dinacharya), specialized dietary and lifestyle advice (based upon your Dosha (Constitution) and any imbalances you may be experiencing), curated recipes for meal suggestions and Ayurvedic herbal teas, breathwork/meditation, and/or exercise advice. In addition to this, suggestions for an Ayurvedic herbal medicine regimen and/or body therapies will also be provided. Once your Wellness Plan is complete, you will be invited to schedule a complimentary 30 minute follow-up appointment. This is your opportunity to ask questions and offer feedback so that the we can make adjustments if needed. All of the information provided is designed to give you a better understanding of how to begin incorporating Ayurveda into your life and to help make it easy for you to begin regaining renewed health and balance within your body, mind, and spirit. Regular follow-up appointments thereafter are recommended every 2-4 weeks depending on the individual needs of the client. Cancellation Policy
~There will be NO CHARGE for appointments that are cancelled at least 24 hours BEFORE their scheduled time. ~ A $50.00 service fee will be charged for any appointment that is cancelled in LESS THAN 24 hours of scheduled time. ~ Any appointment that is cancelled (3) hours before scheduled time will be charged the FULL AMOUNT. ~If a client does NOT show up to their appointment, and has failed to cancel in advance, they will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the scheduled therapy service.
