Service Description

Regular follow-up appointments are recommended every 2-4 weeks depending on the individual needs of the client. Ayurvedic consultations can be combined with therapy or as a stand alone approach to improving your health. Consistency is the key to starting to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels. We begin by evaluating your health and wellbeing using an Ayurvedic protocol including Dosha analysis, tongue and pulse reading, and observational techniques along with Western diagnostic readings. Following your assessment our classically trained Practitioners will work with you to develop a specialized dietary and lifestyle plan to help recreate balance within your life, body and mind. If appropriate, our Practitioners will also design an Ayurvedic herbal medicine regimen to help support your health goals. In addition to this, recommendations for body therapies that may also provide pain relief or support may also be provided.

Cancellation Policy

~There will be NO CHARGE for appointments that are cancelled at least 24 hours BEFORE their scheduled time. ~ A $50.00 service fee will be charged for any appointment that is cancelled in LESS THAN 24 hours of scheduled time. ~ Any appointment that is cancelled (3) hours before scheduled time will be charged the FULL AMOUNT. ~If a client does NOT show up to their appointment, and has failed to cancel in advance, they will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the scheduled therapy service.
